Last week Gillingham & Shaftesbury Dog was held as part of Gillingham & Shaftesbury one day agricultural show, which is one of the largest agricultural shows held in the south and is held on their own Turnpike showground in North Dorset. It always held on the third Wednesday in August. The average attendance is around 24, 000, there are a great range of attractions for all the family including of course the dog. Our own Jacqui Walmsley is the secretary. Neil Hood Paul Glaholm and Sophie Wildig’s  Sturtmoor Eeza Geeza was BOB under judge Krystyan Greenland, Best Bitch was Jacqui & Michael Cobb & Nancy Kent’s Ch Elske Trollheimen To Knytshall, handled by Alysha  Branchflower.

I am sure you will want me to wish Pat Williams a speedy recovery, she has limited vision in her right eye due to an Inflamed Blood Vessel leading to the Optic Nerve and is having a Biopsy on Tuesday. She is a great supporter of the breed and was very sorry not to be able to go to watch the breed at WKC.
