Critiques:
I would like to thank the committee for a lovely well organized day and all the exhibitors for my super entry. I had a lovely quality of dogs, there were some tough decisions in some classes. I was very pleased with my final line up of dogs. Overall a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. Baby PD 1 Denham-Horton & Bolton’s Tapui Haraldsson at Jjavacobe. Excellent baby with lovely wedged shaped head and curled tail, strong body and legs with lovely small oval feet. Moved well around the ring, I look forward to seeing him out. BBPIS. 2 Cobb & Cobb & Kent, Knytshall Beau Bramble. Another lovely baby with a nice tail and nice level topline, also moved well but needs time. Baby PB 1 Irvine’s Tapui Haldis, Another excellent baby who was just pipped to the best baby by the dog baby. Excellent head with nice ears, nice shape to body with a lovely harsh coat. Moved with lovely gait RBBPIS. 2 Wheeler’s Knytshall Thistle Ink It Up Koromandel. Lovely head and expression, correct ear set and shape, dark eye, topline good. Moved well. PD 1 Lambert’s Sturtmoor Gon’n Dun it, well balanced puppy with correct head and expression and lovely pigmentation, dark eye and well placed ears. Square outline and level topline into lovely tight curled tail. In lovely coat. Lovely gait moved with ease. One to watch, I was happy to give him BPIS. 2 Dosson’s Leggatt’s Part Time Lover, Also a nice puppy with nice head, good ears and level topline. Nice coat and tail. Moved well. JD 1 Corin & Camm’s Mazads Nom De Plume, Nice light, lean wedged shaped head with good ear carriage and dark eye, nice topline and correct tail set and carriage. Moved with lovely free gait. 2 Lambert’s Sturtmoor Gon’n Dun It, See 1st in Puppy. YD 1 Corin & Camm’s Mazads Nom De Plume, See 1st Junior. PGD 1 Butterworth’s Kligenthal Einar. Excellent wedged shaped head with well placed, pointed ears and correct eye colour giving a pleasing expression. Great front with straight, strong legs, wonderful compact body with deep chest, correct level topline and nice curl to his tight tail. In lovely coat. Really active, free gait. Overall lovely boy and I was pleased to award him the DCC, RBIS & BOS. 2 Cobb, Cobb & Kent’s Leggatts Dakota at Knytshall, nice dark eye and wedge shaped head. Level topline and good curled to tail. Moved with sound gait. OD 1 Langford’s Frostein Zeffer, Nice head and expression, lovely erect ears and nice shape and colour to eye. Wonderful medium length neck into a perfect deep chest, his overall shape of body is lovely. Good correct topline, nice curl to tail. Wonderful free and active gait. He was a true contender for the top positions. 2 Dosson’s Kligenthal Bran Mak Morn, Good head with nice dark eyes. Good bone and body. Nice tail and excellent coat. Moved well. ChD 1 Shorer-Wheeler’s Ch Koromandel Tusen Takk JW (ai). Correct wedged shaped head with pleasing expression and good ear set. A square, compact body with lovely well angulated hind quarters. Tail set good with an excellent curl to it. Moved freely and happily. RCC. 2 Corin & Comm’s Ch Kligenthal Almuric. Head ok with strong front and nice bone, good topline and well curled tail. Moved well. VD 1 Cobb, Cobb & Kent’s Ch Koromandel Best Served Cold at Knytshall. Lovely looking dog, with nice dark eye and good ears. Strong body with excellent strong hind quarters. Nice coat and tail. Moved with lovely free gait. 2 Stonton’s Ch Arnscroft In Di Ana Jack. Correctly wedged head with good ear set and nice eye. Level topline and well angulated hind quarters. Moved well. SpecVinD 1 Bolton’s Odin Von Rikario, Lovely large, old chap who enjoyed his day out. Nice head and correct ear set. Level topline. Moved well. PB 1 Stonton’s Wheatshade Snow Dreamer, Very feminine expression showing correct head and eye colour. Level topline and nice light build and compact body. Lovely curled tail. She moved with lovely free gait. Another I look forward to seeing in the future. RBPIS. 2 Crocker’s Leggatts Superstition, another lovely puppy with a nice head with excellent dark eyes. Good overall shape and perfectly curled tail. Moved well. JB 1 Stonton’s Wheatshade Snow Dreamer, see 1st Puppy Bitch. 2 Platt’s Mazads Joie De Vivere, Feminine bitch showing a nice head. Body of good shape and strength, nice tail which is correctly set. Good free gait. YB 1 Platt’s Mazads Joie De Vivere, See 2nd Junior Bitch. PGB 1 Gilbert’s Leggatts Fly Like An Eagle, Another feminine bitch with well set ears on a nicely shaped head and kind dark eyes. Level topline on a lovely light body. Correct tail set. Showed herself well with a free, positive gait. 2 Rumsey’s Wheatshade Iridium Sky, Pleasing expression on a lovely head and nice pointed ears. Level topline and nice hindquarters. Moved well. LB 1 Glibbery’s Draccus Obsidian at Bucameraru, Lovely feminine bitch who has a perfect wedged shaped head with a pleasing expression. Correct ear placement. Nice straight strong legs. Level topline into well set tail. Moved with active gait. 2 Crocker’s Leggatts Jive Talkin, Another bitch with excellent expression. Correct ear set and eye placement. Strong topline. Moved lovely with a free gait. OB 1 Shorer-Wheeler’s Sturtmoor’s Ffascination with Koromandel, A pretty bitch with a nice, wedged shape to head and great erect ears. Correct well held, level topline. Small, oval feet. Moved freely. 2 Cobb, Cobb & Kent’s Knytshall Eloise, Another lovely girl with a lovely feminine head and good expression. Correct level topline and nicely curled tail. Moved lovely round the ring. ChB 1 Irvine’s Ch Blackcombe Bodil at Tapui (Imp Aus), Beautiful bitch with an excellent light, lean, wedged shaped head that broadens between well mobile, pointed, highly set ears. Excellent pigmentation. Lovely square outline, moderately arched neck into straight strong legs. Correct topline and strong, nicely angulated hindquarters, carrying a nicely set tail which is tightly curled over her back. Shown in beautiful coat. She moved with a light, active but not over exaggerated gait. I was more than happy to award her BCC and BIS. 2 Patrick’s Ch Tapui Starla, Another nice bitch, with a nicely shaped head showing a lovely expression. Level, well carried topline. Correct hindquarters and set to tail. Moved with good gait. VB 1 Crocker’s Knytshall Noor Ui Ain, lovely happy girl, with a correct head and expression. Well set, erect ears and nice dark eyes. Lovely small, oval feet and correct straight legs. Level topline and hindquarters. She moved with a lovely gait, showing herself so well. I was pleased to award her the RCC. 2 Shorer-Wheeler’s Ch Maidofcopper for Koromandel JW (Imp Fin), Happy girl with a nice head. Good deep chest and light body. Level topline.
